Service Description
This blended learning Instructor recertification course is the required course for all Lifeguarding Instructors to re-certify. During this course Lifeguarding Instructors and Instructor Trainers will participate in an in-water practice and polish skills session and practice teaching in addition to a classroom-based review of Red Cross administrative policies and procedures. This course Does not include a "test out" session for basic-level Lifeguarding certification. Candidates will perform the skills needed to complete the Base-Level LG Certification. If the course participants request it, we can make the accommodation if enough participants will attend and facility space allow. THIS IS AN INTENSIVE COURSE, SHORT LUNCH BREAK AND LOTS OF SKILLS TO COVER. INSTRUCTOR CANDIDATES ARE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE WITH A STRONG KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PLEASE NOTE: IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENTS TO RUN THE COURSE, WE WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE THE COURSE. Deep pool will be at a different location.
Cancellation Policy
Please Note: After registration there will be a charge of $30 for cancellations or refund. We request a 5 day (120 Hour) notice to cancel appointments to avoid an additional $50 cancellation fee. Participants may reschedule the class at any time without incurring additional fees. If a class is rescheduled or rescheduled due to low enrollment, the cancellation policy will still apply. **No Refunds for online e-learning courses** No-Shows: Registrants who fail to attend the course date and do not contact us prior to the course date with a cancellation request, (via e-mail) will not qualify for a refund. **No Refunds for unsuccessful/failed participants**
