Service Description

The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED r.21 program is designed to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The courses in this program teach participants the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person when minutes matter, and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. This program offers a Blended Learning Course (Online and In person course). Upon successful completion a valid 2 year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.

Cancellation Policy

Please Note: After registration there will be a charge of $30 for cancellations or refund. We request a 5 day (120 Hour) notice to cancel appointments to avoid an additional $50 cancellation fee. Participants may reschedule the class at any time without incurring additional fees. If a class is rescheduled or rescheduled due to low enrollment, the cancellation policy will still apply. **No Refunds for online e-learning courses** No-Shows: Registrants who fail to attend the course date and do not contact us prior to the course date with a cancellation request, (via e-mail) will not qualify for a refund. **No Refunds for unsuccessful/failed participants**
